At KozyWalk, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent return process to make things easy.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.

You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.
📦 Returns must be authorized before sending items back.
Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
To start a return, email us at support@trendorabazaar.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Inspection & Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@trendorabazaar.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including (but not limited to):

Flammable or hazardous materials

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your purchase. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided items remain unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@trendorabazaar.com.
